times regardless of whether your contact is direct or supportive,
verbal or written.
Every contact a customer has with our Company leaves an impression, so
it is important to ensure that it is a positive one. The impression
left with the customer will usually determine if future work will be
directed to our Company or elsewhere. Our mutual success relies on
keeping existing customers.
